1. The electronic ticket must be presented upon arrival, and entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket. 2. The ticket is valid only for the booked day and time, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. 3. Please arrive early enough before the event time. It is recommended to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the experience starts to ensure check-in and preparation. 4. In case of late arrival, the organizer has the right to reduce the participant’s experience time or deny entry if joining the experience is no longer possible, without any compensation or refund. 5. Seats are limited, and participants will only be accepted based on confirmed bookings. 6. The ticket includes the Make Your Own Pizza experience according to the event mechanism and the ingredients available from the organizer. 7. The participant is not entitled to request additional ingredients or alternatives that are not available within the experience, unless provided by the organizer. 8. The participant is responsible for informing the organizer before the experience starts about any food allergies or health restrictions related to ingredients such as dairy products, gluten, tomatoes, nuts, or others. 9. The organizer and Njadwil platform shall not be held responsible if the participant does not disclose any food allergies or health restrictions before the experience starts. 10. Participants must follow the instructions of the staff during the experience, especially regarding the use of tools, ingredients, and the preparation area. 11. Tampering with tools or equipment, or using them in an unsafe manner, is prohibited. The organizer has the right to exclude any participant who violates safety instructions. 12. Children may participate only according to the organizer’s policy, and the presence of an adult companion may be required if the participant is young. 13. The parent, guardian, or companion is responsible for supervising the child throughout the event and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene instructions. 14. Participants must maintain the cleanliness of the venue and the tools used, and must not damage or misuse any property of the venue. 15. The participant shall bear the cost of any intentional damage or misuse caused to the venue, tools, or equipment. 16. Bringing outside food or beverages into the event area is prohibited unless approved by the organizer. 17. Transferring or reselling the ticket through unauthorized methods is prohibited. 18. The ticket cannot be used by more than one person, and each ticket is assigned to one participant only unless otherwise stated in the ticket details. 19. Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise instructed by the organizer, while respecting the privacy of other participants and not photographing them without permission. 20. The event may be photographed or filmed for documentation or marketing purposes. By purchasing the ticket, the participant acknowledges their consent to appear in general photos or videos of the event, unless they inform the organizer before the experience starts that they do not wish to appear. 21. The organizer has the right to modify some details of the experience, ingredients, or method of execution depending on operational circumstances or material availability, while maintaining the essence of the experience. 22. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, tickets will be handled according to the refund or compensation policy approved by the organizer. 23. The participant is not entitled to a refund in case of no-show, late arrival, or withdrawal during the event, unless otherwise stated in the organizer’s policy. 24. Njadwil platform is a technical intermediary for managing bookings and issuing tickets, and shall not be responsible for the execution of the event, the quality of the experience, or the ingredients provided, as the responsibility for execution lies with the organizer. 25. Purchasing the ticket means that the participant agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above. 26. Participants must comply with all food safety and hygiene requirements throughout the experience, including wearing a hair covering, gloves, face mask, and apron before and during participation.
