1. Ticket and Final Sale Policy Contractual Obligation: Completion of the purchase through the Njadwil platform is a final acknowledgment of acceptance of these terms. Final Sale: All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by the Organiser. Trading and resale bans: Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale or assignment of the Ticket to third parties (whether for or without monetary consideration) is strictly prohibited. Any ticket that is detected to be traded outside the original account of the buyer will be deemed void immediately and the holder will not be allowed to enter, without any right to claim a refund. Accessibility: The ticket is valid for a one-time entry only. Re-entry is not allowed with the same ticket. 2. Children and Minors Policy Children under the age of (5) are allowed to enter free of charge. All children and minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent) for the duration of their stay at the event site, and the facilities are fully responsible for their safety and behaviour. 3. Security, Safety and Prohibitions Right of Search: The Organiser and the Security Guards reserve the full right to search all visitors and their belongings upon entry. Refusal of inspection gives the regulator the right to deny entry without compensation. Prohibited Items: The entry of weapons, sharps, flammable materials, dangerous liquids, or any other substances that the Department deems a threat to the safety of the public or the conduct of the event is strictly prohibited. 4. Conduct, Liability, and Disclaimer Code of Conduct: The event adopts a "zero tolerance" policy towards abusive behaviors. The Organizer has the right to expel any visitor who exhibits aggressive, indecent, or indecent behavior immediately and without refunding the ticket value. Property: The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to visitors' personal property within the Site or in the parking lots. Facilities: The visitor is fully legally and financially responsible for any vandalism or damage to the event facilities or equipment. 5. Media Rights and Privacy Once you access the event website, the visitor grants the organizer a permanent and irrevocable right to photograph the event (video/photograph) and use its images in promotional, documentary, and advertising materials, without any financial compensation or right of objection. Only mobile photography is allowed. It is prohibited to use professional cameras or photography for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 6. Force Majeure and Cancellation In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to reasons beyond the control of the event (force majeure, weather conditions, or sovereign decisions), the Organizer and Najdul are solely responsible for refunding the value of the ticket (in accordance with the bank's refund policy), and the Ticket Holder is not entitled to claim any additional compensation for travel, accommodation or other expenses.
