1. A valid e-ticket must be presented at the entry gate, and entry will not be allowed without an active and clear ticket. 2. The ticket is valid only for the match, date and time period specified in the booking, and may not be used for any other match or date. 3. The organizer has the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder and match its data when needed. 4. It is forbidden to sell or reuse the ticket, copy the access code or share it with more than one person. 5. The Ticket Code is used once scanned and approved upon entry, and will not be accepted to be used again. 6. Attendees must be present well in advance of the start of the match or scheduled time to avoid crowding or late entry. 7. The regulator does not guarantee the entry of those who are late after the capacity is full or the entry gates are temporarily closed for organizational or security reasons. 8. Access to the exhibition area and sessions is subject to available capacity, and the reservation does not guarantee the allocation of a specific table, session or seat unless indicated in the ticket type. 9. The priority of selecting sessions and seats is according to the time of attendance, unless the organizer specifies a different mechanism. 10. It is forbidden to reserve seats or tables for people who are not present inside the event for long periods, and the organizer has the right to make them available to other visitors when needed. 11. Event Ticket is not a reservation at any restaurant or café within the Patio Complex, and restaurant reservations are subject to each restaurant's policy independently. 12. The instructions of the organizers, security and safety staff and the management of the complex must be adhered to for the duration of the event. 13. The Organizer has the right to prevent the entry or exit of any person who causes nuisance, quarrel, abuse of others or disrupt the progress of the event, without refunding the ticket price. 14. The entry of weapons, sharps, hazardous materials, fireworks, lasers, and any prohibited substances is prohibited by the system. 15. Alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances are prohibited, and anyone who shows signs of loss of control or unsafe behavior is prohibited from entering. 16. Food and beverages are prohibited from outside the Patio complex, except with the approval of the site management or in special health cases. 17. Food and beverages, their prices, quality, processing time, cancellation and refund policy are the responsibility of the restaurant or café from which the order was made. 18. The ticket does not include any meals, beverages or services provided by the mall's restaurants and cafes, unless expressly stated in the ticket description. 19. The ticket does not guarantee priority order or service at restaurants and cafes, and the waiting time may vary depending on the size of the footfall. 20. The visitor must inform the restaurant directly of any food allergies or health requirements before placing an order. 21. Smoking of all kinds is prohibited within closed areas, and is allowed only in designated areas within the complex, if any. 22. Children are the responsibility of their companions at all times, and they may not be left unsupervised inside the event area or near the screen, equipment and corridors. 23. You must not obstruct walkways, entrances, emergency exits, or stand in locations designated for movement and services. 24. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for accidents resulting from the violation of security and safety instructions or unsafe use of the Complex's facilities. 25. Visitors are advised to keep their personal belongings, and the organizer or the management of the complex shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items, except as determined by the regulations. 26. The event arena, sessions and facilities must be kept clean, and it is forbidden to throw waste in non-designated areas. 27. The visitor shall be responsible for any damage or damage caused by him intentionally or as a result of negligence in the sessions, screens, restaurants or premises of the complex. 28. It is forbidden to stand in front of the display screen or block the view from the rest of the audience repeatedly or annoyingly. 29. It is permitted to cheer and wear national team shirts and carry flags that do not contain offensive, racist, political or contrary to public taste. 30. It is forbidden to use loudspeakers, horns, annoying devices or any other instruments that affect the viewing of the match or the comfort of the rest of the attendees without prior permission. 31. It is forbidden to engage in any commercial or marketing activity, distribute leaflets or sell products within the event without the prior written consent of the organizer and the management of the complex. 32. The Event may be photographed or videotaped for documentation and marketing purposes, and the visitor's entry is deemed to be an accidental appearance within the public coverage. 33. Professional or commercial photography, interviewing, or use of drones within the complex without prior written consent is prohibited. 34. Self-photography is permitted in a manner that does not violate the privacy of others, cause inconvenience to the attendees, or obscure the view from them. 35. The Organiser has the right to amend the schedule of matches or entry dates when there are changes in the official dates of the matches or for operational or organisational reasons. 36. The Organizer is not responsible for delaying, postponing, cancelling or changing the date of the match from the tournament organizer or the broadcasting channels. 37. The Match may be affected by a temporary interruption in the broadcast, internet, electricity, screen or sound system, and the Organiser will address the issue to the best of its ability. 38. Temporary interruption or limited delay in the broadcast is not an automatic reason for a refund of the Ticket. 39. The Organizer has the right to temporarily suspend the show, move it to another location within the complex, or cancel the event in the event of a major malfunction, emergency circumstance, or a directive from the competent authorities. 40. In case the event is completely cancelled by the Organiser, the value of the tickets will be treated in accordance with the approved and announced refund policy. 41. The ticket will not be refunded if the holder does not attend, is late or leaves the site after entering. 42. The ticket value will not be refunded in case the holder is prevented from entering or exiting due to violation of the terms or regulations or the instructions of the organizer and the management of the complex. 43. The Organiser shall not bear the costs of transportation, parking, restaurant orders or any other expenses incurred by the visitor as a result of attending the event. 44. Parking is limited and subject to availability and the Complex Management Policy, and the ticket does not guarantee that a special parking will be available for the holder. 45. The organizer and the management of the complex have the right to conduct a security check of bags and belongings before entering, and to refuse to enter any substance that they deem dangerous or inappropriate. 46. The capacity specified for each zone must be adhered to, and the organizer has the right to regulate the movement of entry and exit or to close some areas when they are full. 47. Evacuation instructions, emergency exits and assembly points must be followed in the event of any emergency. 48. Correct data must be provided at the time of booking, and the Ticket Holder is responsible for any problem caused by entering an incorrect mobile number or data. 49. The Organizer has the right to contact the Ticket Holder via the registered mobile number or means of communication to inform him of any updates related to the Event. 50. The visitor shall abide by the regulations and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with the manners and public taste within the Patio Complex. 51. The information on the Event Page, the description of the Ticket and the instructions sent to the Ticket are an integral part of these Terms. 52. Purchase, reservation or use of the Ticket is your full acceptance of all the Patio World Cup Organizational Terms, Conditions and Regulations.
