Terms and Conditions

1. Completing the booking process or purchasing a ticket for this workshop shall be considered as an explicit and final agreement by the buyer, the participant and his/her guardian - if the participant is a minor - to all the terms and conditions described on the workshop page, the terms and conditions of the Najool platform, the privacy policy and any instructions issued by the regulator, in a manner that does not conflict with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. It is the responsibility of the Participant's parent to verify the eventuality of the Workshop for the Participant, including the age, dates of the meetings, the location of the workshop, its duration, its content, and any specific requirements or instructions. 3. The target age group of the workshop is from 8 to 14 years, and the organizer has the right to refuse the participation of any person who does not meet the specified age group or to request proof of the participant's age when needed, without the provision of incorrect data creating any obligation on the organizer or the Najdul platform. 4. All tickets and bookings sold are final and non-cancelable, non-refundable or exchangeable at the will of the buyer or participant, including cases of change of mind, inappropriateness of appointment, travel, personal engagements, illness, delay, no-show, or attendance of part of the program only, subject to any mandatory rights determined by the system. 5. The participant's failure to attend any of the workshop meetings, for any reason whatsoever, does not entitle him to a full or partial refund of the subscription value, and the organizer is not obligated to provide an alternative meeting or compensate for the hours missed by the participant unless the organizer decides otherwise. 6. In the event that the participant is late for the start of a meeting, the organizer has the right to allow or refuse to enter if his late entry affects the progress of the training or the rest of the participants, and this does not entail any right of refund or compensation. 7. The date of a meeting, some details of the program, trainer, hall, or arrangement of the training content may be modified when there are operational, technical or organizational circumstances that require it, and notifying the Buyer via the contact details recorded in the reservation is a sufficient means of notification. 8. Modifying the time of a meeting, changing the trainer or hall, or partial content of the program shall not be considered a cancellation of the workshop, and shall not give rise to an automatic right to refund the subscription value, as long as the program continues to be presented in a manner that achieves its main purpose. 9. If the Organizer cancels the workshop in its entirety and no alternative date is set, the amounts due to the Buyer will be processed in accordance with the announced policy and applicable regulations, and neither the Platform nor the Organizer shall bear any additional amounts that exceed the value of the amount due by law, such as the costs of travel, accommodation, transportation, or any indirect expenses or losses. 10. In the event that the workshop is postponed or rescheduled entirely due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, the Organiser shall have the right to schedule the appropriate alternative date, and bookings shall remain valid for the new date unless otherwise required by the regulations or the stated policy. 11. Circumstances beyond the control of the trainer include, but are not limited to, official decisions, weather conditions, general breakdowns, accidents, health emergencies of the trainer, interruption of services, closure of the site, force majeure, and any circumstance that cannot reasonably be foreseen or prevented. 12. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to enter the phone number and required data correctly at the time of booking, and neither Nadajool nor the Organizer is responsible for the non-arrival of notifications or updates as a result of entering incorrect or out-of-date data or having a problem with the telecom service provider. 13. Failure of the Buyer to read the messages, alerts, workshop page details or terms and conditions shall not be considered a reason for waiver or request a refund. 14. The parent is fully responsible for disclosing to the Organizer any necessary information regarding the Participant that may directly affect his ability to participate safely in the activities offered, where such information is necessary for the nature of the activity. 15. The workshop does not provide a guarantee of a specific technical or professional outcome, and the benefit of participants varies according to their abilities, commitment, level of participation, attendance, and interaction during the program. 16. Noting that there are opportunities to participate in the work of the next troupe for distinguished students is not considered a promise or commitment to provide a role or participation for any trainee, and all future participation opportunities are subject to the evaluation and selection of the organizer alone according to the needs and standards of each work. 17. The Organizer has the right to evaluate the participants, determine their level of performance, and select distinguished participants according to its technical and training standards, and the participant or his/her guardian is not entitled to claim any compensation as a result of not selecting any subsequent work or activity. 18. The participant shall abide by the organizational, training, safety and behavior instructions within the workshop site, and shall also be committed to respecting the trainers, supervisors and other participants, and to maintain the facilities and property of the site. 19. The Organizer has the right to prohibit the Participant from continuing in one of the meetings or throughout the program in the event of abusive, dangerous or repeated behavior, or in the event of a serious violation of the instructions or the safety of the rest of the participants, after taking what the Organizer deems appropriate according to the nature of the case, and the disqualification resulting from the participant's violation does not give rise to an automatic right to refund the subscription value. 20. The parent is responsible for bringing and picking up the participant on the specified dates, and neither the Organizer nor the Nadawel platform is responsible for the delay in receiving the participant after the expiry of the announced time, provided that the organizer adheres to the reasonable safety and care measures. 21. The child may not be left at the workshop site before the time allowed by the organizer, and the parent must adhere to the entry, exit, pick-up and delivery instructions that are communicated to him/her. 22. The Buyer shall retain and present the Ticket or Booking Data upon request, and the Organizer shall have the right to verify the identity of the Participant and the Booking Data to prevent misuse of the Tickets. 23. A reservation may not be resold commercially or used for purposes contrary to the Regulations or the Organiser's terms, and the Organiser has the right to cancel any reservation that has been found to have been obtained or used fraudulently or illegally, as permitted by the Regulations. 24. In the event that the Organizer allows the transfer of the reservation to another Participant, the Alternate Participant must meet all the conditions of the Workshop, including the age group, and the transfer is subject to the procedures and controls set by the Najwal Platform and the Organizer. 25. Any optional services or add-ons purchased in conjunction with the Ticket are subject to their own terms, and the fees for services performed or activated are non-refundable except where otherwise required by regulations. 26. Payment gateway fees, administrative fees, or additional service fees, if any, shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms of the Najawl platform and the policy described at the time of purchase, and any refund due to the system does not necessarily result in a refund of a service fee that has already been executed, unless otherwise required by the law. 27. The Najadul platform is the technical platform used to manage booking, payment, ticketing and related services, while the organizer is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the workshop, its training content, trainers and field operation, in accordance with the scope of responsibility of each party and the applicable regulations. 28. The Najadul platform is not responsible for the quality of the training content, training methods or individual results of the participants, as the implementation of the program and its content is the responsibility of the organizer, while the responsibility of Najadul for the technical services it provides remains within the limits of the applicable regulations and conditions. 29. The organizer or the Nadawel platform is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings that the participant brings to the workshop site, and it is advised not to bring valuable or unnecessary items. 30. The parent shall be responsible for any intentional material damage caused by the participant or gross misuse of the property of the workshop site or the organiser, to the extent permitted by the regulations. 31. Some of the activities of the workshop may be filmed or documented for operational, informational or marketing purposes, and if the use of a photo or recording in which the child appears in an identifiable manner requires the parent's approval in accordance with the regulations or the policy of the regulator, it will be dealt with according to the approved approval mechanism. 32. Participants or parents may not photograph or post photos or clips of other children in a manner that violates their privacy, and must abide by any instructions set by the organizer regarding filming within the workshop site. 33. All offers and discounts are subject to the number of seats, conditions and the period specified therefor, and the buyer who has completed the reservation at a certain price is not entitled to claim the price difference in the event of a different offer or discount being announced later. 34. The offer for the first 10 subscribers is valid according to the order in which the successful booking and payment processes are completed in the system, and not according to the start time of the booking attempt or communication with the organiser. 35. Seats are limited, and ticket selection or data entry is not considered a final seat reservation unless the payment process is successfully completed and the booking confirmation is issued by the Najdol platform. 36. In the event of a financial discount without a reservation due to a technical error, the transaction will be reviewed and verified according to the payment records, and the appearance of a temporary debit from the bank alone is not evidence of the completion of the reservation unless a confirmation is issued by the system. 37. Neither Nadajool nor the Organizer shall be responsible for transactions that are rejected by the bank or the card provider or payment is not made for reasons beyond their control, and the seat remains unguaranteed until payment is completed and the reservation is issued. 38. In the event of a clear error in the published price as a result of a technical defect or an unintentional material error, the concerned entity has the right to remedy the error in accordance with the applicable regulations and inform the buyer of the correction. 39. Any exception granted by the Organiser to a Participant in a particular case is an exception specific to that case and does not constitute a general modification of the Terms or a binding precedent in other cases. 40. Any negligence or delay on the part of the Organizer or Najadul in exercising any right established under these Terms shall not be deemed to be a final waiver of that right. 41. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable in whole or in part under the Regulations in force, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms, and the provision shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. 42. In all cases, no provision of these Terms shall be construed to lead to the termination of a right that may not be legally agreed to be extinguished, and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be provided in the event of a conflict. 43. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute or claim shall be dealt with in accordance with the prescribed statutory authorities and jurisdictions. 44. By completing the payment process, the Buyer and the Participant's parent acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the details of the Workshop and the Terms and Conditions, in particular the Non-Refund Policy, Program Dates, Age Group, and Nature of the Training, prior to completing the purchase.
