Terms and Conditions

1. Completing the purchase or booking of a ticket, or clicking on the checkout button after these terms are available, is an express and final agreement by the buyer and the participant to all the terms contained therein, and to the terms and conditions of the Nadawel platform, the privacy policy and policies described on the event page. 2. "Organizer" means the entity responsible for preparing and presenting the theatrical makeup course, and "Najdol" means the Najdol platform, owned and operated by the Asset Encryption Company for Communications and Information Technology, as a technical platform and intermediary for the management of reservations, tickets, and payments, and "Participant" means the ticket buyer, holder, or beneficiary thereof. 3. These Terms, the Najdol Platform's Terms, Privacy Policy, and Event Page Information constitute a binding agreement between the parties, each of which applies within its scope, with priority to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 4. If a person purchases a ticket on behalf of another person, he is obliged to inform the holder of all terms and conditions, and the use or attendance of the ticket under it shall be deemed acceptance by the holder of these terms. 5. The Buyer acknowledges that all the data entered by the Buyer is correct, and that he/she has verified the name, date, time, location, duration, price, ticket category, number of tickets, course content and any requirements described on the Event page before payment, and is responsible for any error in the data or choices made by him. 6. The reservation is not complete and the seat is guaranteed only after the successful payment process and the issuance of the ticket or confirmation of the reservation from the Najdul platform. An incomplete payment attempt or the appearance of a pending transaction is not considered a confirmed reservation unless a ticket is issued. 7. All tickets sold are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable or exchangeable after the purchase has been completed and the ticket has been issued, as they are associated with a seat, capacity, equipment and specific operating costs, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Regulations or the Event Page. 8. The Buyer or Participant is not entitled to request a refund due to a change of wish, no-show, lateness, forgetting the appointment, inconsistency with another appointment, work, study or travel conditions, difficulty of access, personal breakdowns, illness, lack of facilities, inadequacy of the content, inadequacy of the content to meet his personal expectations, purchase of an incorrect category or number, or any other personal circumstance. 9. No refund is accepted when two or more tickets are purchased by mistake, or the purchase is repeated, or the payment is retried and tickets are issued independently for each successful transaction. If a duplicate deduction is proven without the issuance of a corresponding ticket, the transaction shall be subject to technical and financial verification, and the duplicate amount shall be refunded when the error is proven. 10. Excluding non-refund only those required by the applicable regulations, or those resulting from the cancellation of the Event permanently by the Organizer without providing a legally acceptable alternative treatment, or that are covered by a valid refund guarantee that has been expressly offered, selected and paid at the time of purchase, in which case the terms of the warranty and the policy in force at the time of the transaction shall apply. 11. The ticket does not include an automatic refund guarantee, and no personal expectation or understanding of its existence shall be considered unless the option is clearly shown in the order summary, selected by the buyer, paid the fee, and is proven in the details of the transaction. 12. Additional services that have been activated or implemented, such as reminder fees, refund guarantees, or digital services, are non-refundable, and administrative fees and payment gateway fees are subject to processing each case according to its nature, platform policies and applicable regulations. 13. The Buyer may not submit an incorrect bank objection or refund claim after the issuance of the Ticket or the use of the Service. The Buyer and the Organizer shall have the right to submit the records of payment, issuance of the Ticket, and the entry to the competent authorities, and to take legal action when fraud or misuse of the means of payment is suspected, without prejudice to the Buyer's right to legitimately object to any unauthorized transaction. 14. The ticket is valid for the category, date and time specified therein only, and the original access code must be presented upon request. The organizer has the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder and match his/her details whenever the nature of the event so requires. 15. The Ticket Holder is responsible for maintaining the Ticket and the Access Code and not sharing them with third parties. The first successful scan of the Code shall be considered, and neither the Organizer nor the Schedule shall be responsible for the use of the Ticket by another person as a result of the holder's disclosure of the Code or his negligence in protecting it. 16. The Ticket may not be copied, modified, counterfeited, resold or used commercially. It may not be transferred to another person except through an approved feature on the Najoel Platform or with the approval of the Organizer or the Platform, and the availability of the Ticket in any case does not give rise to an obligation to make it available in all cases. 17. You must attend well in advance of the start of the course and follow the entry instructions. The organizer does not guarantee late entry after the start of the session if this affects the progress of the training or the safety of the application, and the delay or missed part of the session does not entail any right to compensation, refund or resumption of the session. 18. The duration of the course is two training days at a rate of three hours per day, for a total of six training hours. Absence from a day or session is considered an optional absence that does not grant the participant the right to compensation or to attend an alternative date. 19. A certificate of attendance is subject to completion of attendance, discipline and participation requirements set by the organizer. The certificate is not a professional license, academic accreditation, or a guarantee of a specific level of skill or a career or business opportunity. 20. The Ticket includes the content and services expressly mentioned on the Event Page only, and does not include additional tools, preparations, training bags, gifts or services unless clearly stated in the Ticket Details. 21. The Organizer may make reasonable operational adjustments to the arrangement of the axes, break times, training method, tools and preparations used, or replace the Trainer with a qualified trainer when required, and such modifications shall not be deemed to be nullification of the Event and shall not grant a right of refund as long as they do not materially alter the essence of the Service. 22. The images, examples, and results displayed in the advertising materials are illustrative, and the results of the application may vary according to experience, skill, skin type, tools and products used, and the organizer or schedule does not guarantee that a technical result will be identical to a particular image or model. 23. The participant must disclose to the trainer any allergies, injury, skin or health condition that may be affected by the preparations or tools used, and stop immediately when feeling any irritation, pain, or unusual reaction. The participant bears the consequences of non-disclosure or violation of instructions, with each party remaining responsible for damages that he may not be exempted from by law. 24. The Organizer has the right to ban the Participant from a particular part of the App or replace it with a viewing if it deems that the App may pose a health hazard or contravene the safety instructions, and this shall not be considered a breach of service if the decision is based on a reasonable cause related to safety. 25. The participant shall abide by the instructions of the trainer, the organizer and the signatory, and shall maintain cleanliness and safety and shall not misuse the tools or preparations. He shall be responsible for any direct damage resulting from his intention, negligence or violation of the instructions. 26. The Organizer has the right to refuse entry or exit of any person who offends others, disrupts training, violates public regulations and morals, endangers his or the safety of others, uses the ticket illegally, or does not comply with the instructions of the Site, and does not entail any right of refund or compensation. 27. The participant shall be responsible for his/her personal belongings within the event site, and neither the organizer nor the organizer shall be liable for their loss, theft or damage except in cases where direct liability is established and may not be legally excluded. 28. All training materials, content, images, designs and methods provided during the course are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners and may not be copied, recorded, published, sold or used for training or commercial purposes without prior written consent. 29. It is not permissible to photograph the trainer or participants or record the explanation audio or video without prior permission. Portions of the event may be filmed for documentation and marketing purposes in accordance with the announced regulations and policies, and those who do not wish to appear must inform the organizer before the start of the course and adhere to the instructions or areas designated for this purpose. 30. The Organizer has the right, when there are operational, security, health or circumstances beyond its control, to modify, reschedule or move the event time or hall to an appropriate location within the declared geographical area, and the ticket shall remain valid for the alternative date or location, and material changes shall be addressed in accordance with the regulations and policy announced by the Organizer through Najdul. 31. In cases of force majeure, government decisions, hazardous weather conditions, disasters, interruption of basic services, inability to use the Site, or any exceptional circumstance beyond reasonable control, the Organizer shall have the right to suspend, postpone, move or cancel the Event, and the processing of tickets shall be determined in accordance with the nature of the situation and the regulations in force without liability for the costs of travel, accommodation, transportation or any indirect losses. 32. If the event is permanently cancelled by the Organizer, the amounts to be refunded will be processed systematically through the Nadawl platform and the original payment method whenever possible. The refund may take an additional period depending on the procedures of the bank or payment network, and Nadawl is not responsible for the delay that occurs after the refund is sent to the financial entity. 33. Najadul acts as a technical platform and intermediary for booking, ticketing and payment processing, and not the provider of training content. The Organizer is responsible for the implementation of the Event, its content, trainer, location, licenses, safety and quality of delivery, while Najadul is responsible for its direct technical and contractual obligations within the limits prescribed by law. 34. Neither Nadawel nor the Organizer shall be responsible for the disruption of third-party services, including telecommunications networks, banks, payment gateways or messaging services, whenever the failure is beyond their reasonable control, and each party shall be obligated to address the extent of its liability in accordance with the regulations. 35. To the extent permitted by the Regulations, liability for any Fixed Claim shall be limited to direct and proven damages, and shall not include lost profits, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential damages, or costs of travel, accommodation, transportation and personal preparation, and shall not be construed to relieve any party of liability from which no law may be exempted. 36. The Participant shall indemnify the Organizer and schedule for damages, costs and direct claims arising due to the forgery of the Ticket, misuse of the Platform, infringement of intellectual property rights, destruction of property, or intentional violation of the Regulations or these Terms, to the extent determined by the competent authority. 37. The records of the Najwal electronic platform, the payment gateway records, the time of ticket issuance, confirmation messages, and login and scan records are considered valid evidence to prove the transaction, unless proven otherwise in accordance with the regulations. 38. Notifications and updates related to the Event shall be sent to the contact details recorded in the booking or published on the Event page, and the Buyer shall be responsible for the correctness of his data and the follow-up of messages and updates. Failure to read the notice shall not result in any effect once it is sent to the correctly registered data. 39. Any comment or complaint must be submitted via the official support channels of the table or the Organizer, stating the booking number and attaching the necessary evidence to enable verification. Messages sent to unapproved accounts or numbers are not considered an official notification. 40. Personal data, booking and payment data shall be processed in accordance with the Najawel Platform Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, and may be shared with the Organizer and Service Providers to the extent necessary to execute the reservation, operate the event, verify tickets, and process payments and complaints. 41. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, and the affected clause shall be construed to the extent closest to its purpose and in accordance with the Regulations. 42. The Regulator's delay or schedule in exercising any right shall not be considered a waiver thereof, and no special amendment or exception shall be effective unless issued in writing through an approved official channel. 43. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes shall be settled as amicably as possible, and where this is not possible, the judicial or competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction. 44. The Buyer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to these Terms prior to payment, that the non-refund policy was available to him prior to the completion of the transaction, and that the purchase of the Ticket was made of his own free will and after having been informed of all the essential details of the Event.
