1. Invitations and attendees Attendance at the event is available by special invitation sent by the organiser only. The invitation is personal and non-transferable to another person except with the written consent of the organizers. The invitation or access code must be presented at the event gate to verify that attendees are correct. 2. Attendee Behavior Invitees are obliged to behave professionally and mutually respectfully with all attendees and organizers. Any advertising or promotional activity is prohibited except with the approval of the Organiser. Organizers have the right to exclude anyone who breaks the rules or acts in a way that damages the reputation of the event. 3. Media Coverage and Intellectual Property Upon attending the Event, the Invitee agrees to the possibility of filming or recording audio/video and using the materials in the media and marketing coverage of the Event. All marks, logos and content displayed during the event are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. 4. Changes and Cancellations Organizers have the right to modify the date or venue of the event if needed, and invitees will be notified via official channels. In the event of cancellation, all invitations will be void without any additional obligations for the organisers. 5. Limitation of Liability The Organiser assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage to the personal property of the invitees. The invitee shall be responsible for his own arrangements of transportation, accommodation or otherwise unless otherwise stated in the invitation. 6. Acceptance of Terms Attendance at the Event is a full acceptance and is bound by all the above terms and conditions.
