1. These terms and conditions apply to the booking, use and attendance of tickets for the "ICON Alive Celebrates the Nation" event. Completion of the reservation after making it available shall be considered acceptance thereof, and the reservation holder is obliged to inform his companions of the terms and instructions related to their attendance. 2. As the organiser, Mixed Emotions is responsible for the organization and operation of the event, site management, experiences, facilities, safety requirements and necessary permits. Najwal provides booking, e-ticketing and related technical services, and each entity is responsible for the services and works within its jurisdiction. 3. Entry to the event is free of charge under a valid e-ticket issued through the Najdul platform. The ticket does not carry a cash value and may not be sold, offered for sale, commercially exploited or used as part of promotional campaigns without the prior written consent of the organiser. 4. The reservation holder is obliged to provide correct and up-to-date data, and to review the booking details before confirming it. He bears the consequences of errors resulting from the data he provides, and he must contact Nadawel support as soon as any error is discovered that may affect the receipt or use of the ticket. 5. The Ticket is valid according to the day, period, number of persons and entries indicated therein, if any. You will not automatically be granted access on all days of the Event, repeated participation in Experiences, or re-entry after leaving the Site. 6. The e-ticket and barcode must be clearly presented upon entry and the Regulation Team has the right to verify its validity and conformity with the booking. Any forged, modified, cancelled or previously expired ticket will be rejected. 7. The Ticket Holder is responsible for maintaining the Barcode and not publishing or sharing it with others. Use by another person may result in the exhaustion of the validity of the Ticket, and neither Nadawl nor the Organizer shall be obliged to issue a replacement if this is the result of the Holder's sharing of the Barcode, unless it is proven that there is a defect or default on their part. 8. It is forbidden to circumvent the booking procedures or exceed the limits of the announced tickets using fake data or automated means, and reservations that are proven to be related to fraud or misuse may be canceled, with the reservation holder notified whenever possible. 9. Entry is subject to the approved capacity, safety and crowd management requirements. Entry may be organized in batches or temporarily suspended when the specified capacity is reached, and the ticket does not guarantee immediate entry, priority entry or exceeding queues. 10. Participation in the Experiences within the Event is subject to availability, capacity and special instructions. The Entry Ticket does not guarantee that all activities will be experienced or that there will be a specific duration within each Experience, unless expressly stated in the Ticket Description. 11. The visitor must adhere to the entry dates and the announced instructions, and the entry may be closed before the end of the operating hours to the extent necessary to complete the experiments and evacuate the site safely, provided that the last date of entry is clearly announced. 12. The free Ticket is limited to advertised services and experiences. It does not include paid products, food, beverages or additional services, if any, and their prices and terms must be clarified prior to ordering. 13. Failure to use, cancel or fail to attend the Free Ticket shall not entail a payment for it, as there is no charge for it. Any additional paid services shall be subject to the terms and conditions presented prior to the application and the rights established by law, and the provision of free Ticket shall not extend to them. 14. The visitor shall abide by the regulations, public morals, and public taste, respect for visitors and workers, follow the directives of the organization and security team, maintain the cleanliness of the site and its facilities, and not impede movement or disrupt experiments. 15. Any conduct that involves abuse, harassment, threatening, violence, discrimination or endangering the safety of others is prohibited. The violator may be prevented from entering or leaving the site, appropriate measures may be taken, and the competent authorities shall be assisted when necessary. 16. Entry of systemically prohibited items, weapons, sharps, flammable materials or any items that pose a risk to visitors or facilities is prohibited. Other items are subject to stated entry restrictions and safety requirements. 17. Entry is subject to the security inspection procedures permitted by law, and entry may be refused when the necessary safety measures are refused. The Organizer shall not be obliged to reserve the items that are not allowed to be brought in or to provide places to deposit them, unless it announces the provision of this service. 18. The visitor is obliged to use the equipment, models and interactive elements in accordance with the instructions assigned to them. It is forbidden to climb or move them, tamper with their connections, override barriers, or enter closed areas or designated for employees. 19. The event includes light and sound effects that may not be suitable for some people. Those who are sensitive to lighting or sound should inquire about the nature of the experience before participating, adhere to the announced alerts, stop and seek help if they feel any discomfort. 20. Companions of children and minors are obliged to supervise them throughout the visit and ensure that they adhere to the instructions of the experiments and any stated age restrictions. The presence of the organizing team is not a substitute for the supervision of a parent or companion, without prejudice to the responsibility of the Organiser for the safety of the site and operation. 21. Any injury, danger, emergency, or loss of a child must be reported immediately to the Organizing Team, and must adhere to evacuation instructions and do not obstruct emergency exits, safety equipment, or the work of response teams. 22. It is the Visitor's responsibility to take care of his/her belongings and not to leave them unattended, and please hand over any lost items found to the Curatorial Team. Neither Nadawl nor the Organiser shall be responsible for the loss or damage of the Belongings except to the extent that an error or omission attributable to them is proved. 23. Anyone who causes damage to the event equipment or site property or harm to others shall be liable by law. The injured party shall be entitled to claim compensation for the damage proven in accordance with the statutory procedures. 24. Personal photography is permitted while respecting the privacy and rights of others, and adhering to the restrictions announced in certain areas. It is prohibited to photograph in a way that impedes movement, disrupts experiments, endangers visitors, or uses flash and additional equipment where prohibited is prohibited. 25. Organized commercial or media photography, the use of drones, the implementation of promotional activities or the distribution of advertising materials require the prior approval of the Regulator, in addition to any necessary permits from the competent authorities. 26. The event may witness filming to document its atmosphere, with visitors clearly notified. Booking or attendance is not an absolute consent to the use of personal photos in advertising, and the filming entity is obliged to obtain the appropriate legal justification and obtain the necessary consents, taking into account the privacy of children and the rights of data subjects. 27. Booking Data is collected and processed to the extent necessary for ticketing, verification, organising entry, support and communication about the Event, in accordance with the stated Privacy Policy and applicable regulations. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute an independent consent to the use of data or images for marketing purposes. 28. Operational notifications related to the reservation may be sent to the contact details provided, including entry instructions and updates of the appointment, location or cancellation. The reservation holder is obliged to follow up on the notifications and verify the details of the event before proceeding to the event. 29. The Organiser may modify, suspend or reschedule the Experiments for operational, security or safety reasons, notifying the Visitors of material changes whenever possible, and without prejudice to their statutory rights. 30. The event may be suspended, postponed or cancelled in whole or in part due to force majeure or weather conditions affecting safety, the directives of the competent authorities or any other reasons necessitating it, and the reservations holders may be informed through the available channels whenever possible. 31. The Ticket does not include travel, accommodation, transportation or parking arrangements, and its issuance does not create an obligation on the part of Nadawel or the Organiser to bear these costs. Any claim for compensation is subject to established reasons and the provisions of applicable regulations. 32. In the event of a failure or verification of communications or ticketing systems, the visitor is obliged to cooperate with the Regulation Team and follow the approved alternative verification procedures, if any. Disruption is not permitted to enter without verification or exceeding safety requirements, and each entity is responsible for addressing malfunctions within the scope of its services. 33. Booking and ticket issues are directed to Nadawel Support through its official channels, and feedback related to experiences, facilities, entry and safety is directed to the event organising team. Please provide your booking number and incident details to enable the competent authority to verify and process. 34. These Terms shall not be construed as an exemption from liability for any tortious act or from any liability that may not be excluded by law, and shall not include a waiver of the Visitor's statutory rights. Each party shall be liable for its own acts, mistakes and obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations. 35. The conditions presented at the time of completion of the reservation shall apply, subject to subsequent safety and regulatory instructions announced for legitimate reason. No retroactive amendment may be applied in a manner that detracts from the statutory rights of the reservation holders. 36. These Terms shall be governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising therefrom. If it is determined that one of the Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the extent permitted by the Law.
