Free tickets
Free events carry no per-ticket fee. You still get registration, QR tickets, gate verification and full attendance reports.
Large events and year-round venues

Is the fee taken from the organiser or added to the buyer?
By default the fee comes out of the ticket price before your funds are transferred. Some organisers prefer to show an administrative fee to the buyer instead; that is configured for your account at activation.
Is there a minimum in sales?
No minimum. You pay a percentage only on what actually sells.
What happens to the fee when a ticket is refunded?
When you refund a customer, the fees tied to that ticket are reversed. Some cost lines — payment-gateway fees in particular — may not be recoverable from the provider.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. You can publish an event and sell tickets on the percentage model alone. Subscriptions exist for venues that need larger operating packages.
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
