How to sell tickets to your event on Njadwil

From signing up to your first sale.

  1. 1

    Create an organiser account

Register as a service provider and attach your company details and documents. We review and activate the account.

  2. 2

    Create the event

Name, description, location, dates and images. The event gets its own shareable page.

  3. 3

    Set up tickets and prices

Create tiers with their own prices and capacity, set a purchase limit per person, and add any questions you want to ask the buyer.

  4. 4

    Open sales and take payments

Customers pay with Apple Pay, mada or card, and receive a QR ticket straight away by email, WhatsApp and in the app.

  5. 5

Check people in and watch your reports

Your staff scan tickets with the Njadwil Scan app while you follow sales, attendance and revenue in real time.

What you get

All of it inside the platform, not as separate add-ons.

Event creation

A complete event page with description, images, location and dates, plus a direct sales link you can share anywhere.

Multiple ticket tiers

Standard, VIP, family, free — each with its own price and capacity, and each can be tied to a specific date or venue.

Online payments

Apple Pay, mada and credit cards, with e-invoicing that meets ZATCA requirements.

QR tickets and gate verification

Every ticket carries a unique QR. A code that has already been used is rejected, and a rotating code can be enabled to stop resale.

Staff scanning app

The Njadwil Scan app on your staff's phones, with per-staff permissions and a full scan history.

Seat maps and stands

An interactive map where the customer picks their seat or stand, with different pricing per zone.

Sales and attendance reports

Live sales, attendance rates, breakdowns per tier and per date, and export to Excel.

Self-service refunds

Refund your own customer from the dashboard, without waiting on support.

Invitations and private links

Issue invitation tickets by email or phone, or create a private link to a tier that is not listed publicly.

Coupons and promotions

Percentage or fixed-amount discount codes, offers such as buy-two-get-one, and usage tracking per code.

Points tickets

A prepaid balance that each scan deducts from — built for arcades, pitches and year-round leisure venues.

Time-limited tickets

A ticket valid for a set duration starting at entry, with selectable time slots.

Subscriptions and memberships

Recurring monthly or annual memberships instead of selling a ticket per visit.

Your own visual identity

The event page in your colours and your wording rather than the platform's — a recurring requirement for government bodies and brands.

Loyalty programme

A stamp card that rewards repeat attendance: several reward tiers at different stamp costs, with stamp expiry.

Apple Wallet

Tickets and loyalty cards inside Apple Wallet, updating themselves as the stamp balance changes.

Why Njadwil specifically

Saudi, and licensed

The company is registered in the Kingdom, based in Taif, and operates under a declared ticket-selling licence. Contracting, support and settlement all happen inside Saudi Arabia.

More than a ticket shop

Points tickets, time-limited tickets and memberships make the platform work for venues that run all year, not only for a one-off event.

The ticket carries your identity

Your event page can run in your colours and your wording instead of being one more page wearing the platform's brand.

One system, whole operation

Sales, entry, staff, reports, refunds and marketing in one place instead of four systems wired together.

Pricing, briefly

5% of each paid ticket. Free tickets cost nothing. No setup fee and no monthly subscription to publish an event.

Common organiser questions

How do I sell tickets to my event online in Saudi Arabia?

Create an organiser account on Njadwil, create the event, set your ticket tiers and prices, and open sales. Customers pay by Apple Pay, mada or card and receive a QR ticket, which your staff scan at the door with the Njadwil Scan app.

What does Njadwil charge per ticket?

The standard rate is 5% of the paid ticket price. Free tickets carry no commission, and there is no setup fee or mandatory monthly subscription to publish an event.

When do I receive my sales?

Funds are transferred to the bank account registered to your company, after platform fees and any refunds. The transfer schedule is agreed when your account is activated, based on the type and size of your event.

Is Njadwil licensed to sell tickets?

Yes. Njadwil operates under ticket-selling licence 2510210205 and is run by Asset Encryption Company for Communications and Information Technology, registered in Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration 4032269159 and based in Taif.

Can I use Njadwil for a free event?

Yes. Free events work fully — registration, QR tickets, gate verification and attendance reports — with no commission on free tickets.

Can my event page carry my identity instead of the platform's?

Yes. Event-page branding lets you set your own colours, reword some of the copy and show your logo. Njadwil enables it for your account on request.

How are tickets verified at the gate?

With the Njadwil Scan app on your staff's devices. Each ticket has a unique QR that is rejected if already used, and a rotating code can be enabled to stop a ticket being resold or screenshotted and shared.

Who handles ticket refunds?

You do. An event owner can refund tickets for their own events straight from the dashboard, and refunded tickets are flagged in the ticket-orders list.
