1. Entry to Rabwah Dates Season is free of charge and is subject to the venue’s capacity limits and the approved organizational guidelines. 2. Entry may require issuing a free ticket or registering the visitor’s details through the Njadwil platform for the purpose of organizing entry and managing visitor numbers. 3. The free ticket does not represent a reservation for a seat, table, or specific service within the season unless otherwise explicitly stated in the ticket details. 4. An optional service is available to send ticket and visit-date reminders via WhatsApp. Activating this service may be subject to an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed to the visitor before completing the booking process. 5. The WhatsApp reminder service fee is entirely optional and does not affect the validity of the ticket or the visitor’s ability to enter the season if the service is not selected. 6. If the WhatsApp reminder service is selected, the applicable fee is accepted, and the booking is completed, the service shall be considered separate from the free admission ticket, and the fees displayed during the booking process shall apply. 7. Visitors are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number and other information entered when issuing the ticket are correct. Neither the organizer nor the Njadwil platform shall be responsible for the failure to receive reminder messages due to incorrect information, technical restrictions, or settings imposed by the telecommunications provider or WhatsApp. 8. Issuing a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry if the venue reaches its maximum capacity. The organizer reserves the right to manage entry times and access routes to ensure visitor safety and the quality of the experience. 9. All visitors must comply with health and safety instructions and follow the directions of the organizing and security teams at the venue. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who violates the rules, causes disruption, or damages people or property. 10. Visitors must keep their ticket and entry code secure and must not share them with others. The organizer reserves the right to consider the ticket used once the entry code has been scanned in accordance with the approved entry procedure. 11. Selling or reselling free tickets, or using them for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written approval from the organizer, is prohibited. 12. Children and minors must enter under the responsibility and supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible accompanying adult, in accordance with the applicable rules and instructions at the venue. 13. The organizer reserves the right to modify operating hours, programs, accompanying activities, pavilion locations, or any content of the season whenever operational or organizational requirements make such changes necessary. 14. Certain activities, experiences, products, or services within the season may be subject to separate fees. The free admission ticket does not include any paid product or service unless explicitly stated otherwise. 15. Prices, offers, and products provided by exhibitors, productive families, and participating entities are the responsibility of the relevant seller or service provider unless otherwise stated. 16. Visitors must protect and respect public and private property within the venue and shall be responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or intentional misconduct. 17. Photography and video recording may take place during the season for media coverage, documentation, and marketing purposes. Visitors may inform the organizing team of any concerns regarding personal photography where reasonably possible. 18. The organizer shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to visitors’ personal belongings within the venue. Visitors are advised to keep their personal belongings secure throughout their visit. 19. In the event of emergencies, circumstances beyond reasonable control, or instructions issued by the competent authorities, the organizer reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or modify any part of the season as necessary to meet safety and organizational requirements. 20. Issuing a ticket or registering for entry constitutes the visitor’s acknowledgment that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all instructions and policies announced by the organizer and the Njadwil platform.
